Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gainz Wellness Apparel, we are committed to ensuring you love every piece you purchase.

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If your desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
  
  

Please note:

• Sale items and intimate wear (including bras) are not eligible for exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
